How can I place an order online?

Browse our products, select your favourites, and click Add to Cart. When you're ready, go to your Cart, then Check Out. Fill in your shipping and payment details, and you're done! You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is confirmed.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AmEx), UPI, wallets like Paytm, Amazon Pay, and Freecharge, and Sodexo. Cash on Delivery is also available on select pin codes.

Where can I buy Six AM products?

You can shop directly on our website or find us on Nykaa, Amazon, Tira, and Myntra.

What if a product is out of stock?

Sign up to get notified as soon as it's back! You’ll receive an email when your favourites are restocked.

Do you offer gift vouchers or promo codes?

Yes! Subscribe to our newsletter to get exclusive discounts and early access to new launches.

Can I use multiple promo codes?

Only one promo code can be applied per order. If your code isn’t working, check that it hasn’t expired and that your cart meets the minimum requirements. Need help? Email us at care@sixamglow.com.

How can I view my past orders?

Log into your account and head to My Orders to view your full purchase history.

📦 Shipping, Returns & Refunds

When will my order be shipped?

We usually ship orders within 24–48 hours. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier availability.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

You can cancel your order before it's dispatched by logging into your account or emailing us. Once an order is shipped, it can’t be cancelled — but you’re welcome to return the item once it’s delivered.

How do I return or replace a product?

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective item, email us within 72 hours of delivery with an unboxing video or photo. We’ll schedule a pickup and process your return or replacement.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll initiate your refund within 15 days. It usually reflects in your account within 7–10 business days after processing.

Can I use it twice a day?
